How we started

2008-2010

The Beginning

  • Founded in Bangalore in 2008 with a small but passionate team of 3, PeopleLogic started its journey specializing in Tech hiring for product and startup companies.
  • Launched IT services practice and secured a major RPO engagement, successfully onboarding 350 candidates in just 7 months for a top 5 IT services company.

Expanding Horizons

  • Partnered with global software product companies to establish tech centers in India. 

  • In 2012, we diversified into non-tech hiring, supporting industries like aerospace and automotive.

Supporting India’s Startup Boom

  • Played a key role in scaling ride-hailing, health tech, and B2B e-commerce startups. 

  • Launched the Digital Practice in the non-tech vertical. 

  • In 2016, expanded into FMCG & Retail hiring, helping top brands recruit corporate and factory (white-collar) talent across India.

Strengthening Our Offerings Across Tech, GCC/GIC, Finance, E-commerce, Education

  • Enhanced our RPO solutions, assisting clients in hiring for Tech, Supply Chain, Corporate, and Sales leadership roles. 

  • In 2019, launched GIC/GCC hiring, partnering with a French Bank on its cloud transformation initiative and working with GCCs in e-commerce, education, and investment banking.

  • Introduced our Contract Staffing Vertical in 2020, offering flexible staffing solutions.
